Frequently Asked Questions
Our parties are best held in a Gym or community center with a minimum size of 30x60ft (1800sqft), or if outdoors, a park. Depending on size your backyard may be able to host our Foam Sword parties but for our Nerf parties a larger space will be needed. Archery tag must be held in a gymnasium or outdoors due to the risk of property damage at other venues.

We require a minimum 20 minutes of setup time and 20 minutes for cleanup as well as 10 minutes to explain games and rules to players. In order to ensure you get your full play time you should book a minimum of 2 hours at your venue.
Everyone who will be participating in play, regardless of age, needs to sign a waiver. Those under 18 require a signature from a parent or guardian. Waivers can be downloaded in advance. Click here for our online waiver.
Players may bring in their own blasters but NOT their darts. This saves the headache of dart sorting.
Please Note: Not all darts are compatible with all blasters, we cannot guarantee our darts will work correctly in personally owned blasters.
Our foam swords are padded and coated in soft fabric making them incredibly safe and fun to use for all ages.
They are much easier to use for younger kids who sometimes struggle to work the Nerf blasters.
With sword battles, there is a much wider variety of game types that we can play. The rounds tend to go much faster in foam sword than in Nerf. In most foam sword games, a limb struck by a sword means it can’t be used and a hit to the torso means you’re out.
Yes! We will run outdoors during the months of May-Sept.
An additional charge of $25 will apply as we need to sandbag all our barricades, making for longer setup/teardown. Dart cleanup takes longer outdoors and significantly more darts are lost than at indoor parties.
Please remember weather such as wind, rain, and heat will affect the quality of play. Last minute re-scheduling due to weather (less than 24 hours) will be subject to a $25 re-scheduling fee and our availability.
We will come to you anywhere in Manitoba! Our travel fee is $0.60/km outside of Winnipeg.
We try to be as flexible as possible. More notice is always better, but you can reschedule with no charge a minimum of 24 hours prior to your party for any reason!
Rescheduling is subject to our available dates. If you reach out the day before your party to push it back one week, we can’t guarantee that weekend will be free.
Once you provide confirmation of your custom party quote, we lock in your date.
Payment should be completed a minimum of 1 week prior to your party.
Please note: all payments include a $80 non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, this deposit goes towards your new party date.
