You must book your party with us minimum of 1 week in advance, however, for best results in 2025, we recommend you book your party 2 months in advance to ensure you can get your preferred date and time.

By 1 month out our schedule and that of many community centers gets very full and locking down a timeslot becomes more difficult. 

Indoor Parties
Our parties are best held indoors in a Gym or community center with a minimum size of 30x60ft (1800sqft)

Outdoor Parties
We will run parties outdoors during the months of May to Sept. A park space works best and we recommend you book a picnic shelter. To host a Nerf party on your own yard you must have at least a 1 acre lot to avoid disturbing neighbours. For Foam Sword there is no size restriction on backyard space.

Please remember weather such as wind, rain, and heat will affect the quality of play. 

We can reschedule due to weather at no charge (subject to availability) with minimum 24hrs notice. Last minute re-scheduling due to weather (less  than 24 hours) will be subject to a $25 re-scheduling fee and our availability. 

Please note: Outdoor parties have an additional charge due to increased setup & cleanup times. Please see the “package add-ons” section above for pricing. 

We require a minimum 20 minutes of setup time and 20 minutes for cleanup as well as 10 minutes to explain games and rules to players. In order to ensure you get your full  play time you should book a minimum of 2 hours at your venue. 

Everyone who will be participating in play, regardless of age, needs to sign a waiver. Those under 18 require a signature from a parent or guardian. Waivers can be downloaded in advance. Click here for our online waiver.

Players may bring in their own blasters but NOT their darts. This saves the headache of dart sorting.

Please Note: We use Nerf Elite darts. Not all darts are compatible with all blasters and we cannot guarantee our darts will work correctly in personally owned blasters.

During play, darts will get all over. We don’t worry about cleaning up darts until the end of the party. When playtime is over, we expect the players to help with dart cleanup. This turns a 30 minute job into a 5 minute one. 

All other equipment will be cleaned up by our staff.

Our foam swords are padded and coated in soft fabric making them incredibly safe and fun to use for all ages.

They are much softer and easier to use for younger kids who sometimes struggle to work the Nerf blasters.

With sword battles, there is a much wider variety of game types that we can play. The rounds tend to go much faster in foam sword than in Nerf. In most foam sword games, a limb struck by a sword means it can’t be used and a hit to the torso means you’re out. 

We will come to you anywhere in Manitoba! Our travel fee is $0.75/km for destinations outside the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway. 

Once you provide confirmation of your custom party quote, we lock in your date. 

Payment should be completed a 2 weeks prior to your party.

Please note: all payments include a $80 non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, this deposit goes towards your new party date. You only loss you deposit if you cancel entirely. 

Rescheduling
We try to be as flexible as possible. More notice is always better, but you can reschedule with no charge a minimum of 24 hours prior to your party for any reason! Rescheduling with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a $25 rebooking fee. 

Rescheduling is subject to our available dates. If you reach out the day before your party to push it back one week, we can’t guarantee that weekend will be free.

Cancellations
Parties cancelled with minimum 2 weeks notice will be refunded in full.

Parties cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice will be refunded minus a $80 cancellation fee.
